At Techphon, we do our best to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase. If you're not completely happy, you can return your order under the following conditions:

Return Period

You have the right to return your product within 30 days of receiving the package.

Return Conditions

Unopened products: If the product is unopened and in its original condition, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Opened products: If the product has been opened, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for generating a return label.

Refunds

As soon as we have received the returned product in good condition, we will process your refund. In most cases, we refund the full purchase amount within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.
